Interior Demolition

Full Property Strip-Out — Complete interior demolition taking your space back to bare shell. We remove all flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, fixtures, cabinetry, and MEP fittings, leaving a clean concrete shell ready for fresh renovation.

Kitchen Demolition — Complete kitchen tear-out including cabinets, countertops, backsplash tiling, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and appliance disconnection. We cap off water and gas lines safely before removal.

Bathroom Demolition — Full bathroom gutting including tiles, vanities, bathtubs, shower enclosures, toilets, and waterproofing membrane. We protect adjacent areas and ensure proper drain capping.

Room-by-Room Demolition — Selective demolition for phased renovations. We strip individual rooms while keeping the rest of your property livable and dust-controlled with temporary barriers.

Structural Modifications

Wall Removal & Opening — Non-load-bearing wall removal and new opening creation for open-plan layouts. We verify structural drawings, install temporary supports where needed, and create clean openings with proper finishing.

Partition Wall Demolition — Gypsum board, block, and brick partition removal for layout changes. We handle electrical and plumbing rerouting that comes with wall removal.

False Ceiling Removal — Gypsum board and tile false ceiling demolition including grid systems, lighting fixtures, and concealed MEP services. We document existing services before removal for the new build.

Site Preparation

Floor Removal — Tile, marble, hardwood, vinyl, and carpet removal with adhesive and screed cleanup. We use dust-controlled floor scrapers and grinders to leave a smooth base for new installation.

Debris Removal & Disposal — All demolition waste sorted, loaded, and transported to approved disposal facilities. We provide skip bins, coordinate municipality waste permits, and leave your site broom-clean.

Hazardous Material Handling — Safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials, lead paint, and other hazardous substances following UAE environmental regulations.

Every demolition project includes a site assessment, scope of work document, timeline, and safety plan. We use dust barriers, floor protection, and controlled demolition methods to minimize impact on neighboring units. Building management coordination and NOC handling included.
